231/01 Model and ISO 37001:2016 Certification

On 20 July 2021, Pavimental began the preliminary and cognitive activities for a new company project aimed at updating its own Organizational, Management and Control Model according to Legislative Decree 231/01, which is necessary in order to both include the recent organizational changes and to align the structure to its own Model and the relative construction methodology to that of Autostrade per l’Italia.

At the same time as updating the 231 Model, the company has also begun the procedure aimed at obtaining the certification of its own management system for preventing corruption, according to regulation ISO 37001:2016, in the awareness that the latter is increasingly important in terms of creating and maintaining the value of the company assets.
